Ensuring the strict integrity of our chemical supply chain.

Due to the highly sensitive nature of research chemicals and lyophilized peptides, Citizen Meds USA strictly enforces our return policy to guarantee the molecular integrity, sterility, and safety of our entire inventory.

1. Research Peptides & Liquids (No Returns) Because peptides can rapidly degrade if exposed to improper temperatures or handling, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any research peptides or research liquids once they have left our facility. This strict policy ensures that every researcher receives pristine, untampered, and fully potent compounds directly from our temperature-controlled environment. We cannot and will not restock returned chemicals.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email clientservice@citizenmedsusa.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error. Upon verification, we will immediately dispatch a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.

3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost by the carrier (tracking has not updated in over 7 business days), please contact our support team. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, at our discretion, issue a replacement package.

4. Chargebacks and Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with your order, contact our support team directly. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from our network and reported to merchant blacklists.
